The Big Green will offer a 100% Guarantee of germination provided we install a Temporary Irrigation System. Temporary Irrigation Systems are used to provide consistent moisture during the Germination period in the first 30 days. It is critical this type of system is installed if there is language in the contract that specifies a percentage of germination before final acceptance. These systems are usually connected to fire hydrants with a water meter provided by the General contractor and or local water supply company during construction. Generally, you will need a (PRV) Pressure Reducing Valve so the battery operating valves will work. From there we will install a 2” main water line, 2” battery operated controllers, valves and Rain Bird heads at regular intervals provide maximum coverage.
The Benefits once established is Common Bermuda will need little or no extra water to thrive in Texas. Installing a Temporary system is significantly cheaper than permanent one.
